"I purchased home and car insurance here. At first, they told me the 6-month premium for my Honda was $186.24. I paid that amount. But two weeks later, I noticed that my car policy was not showing up in my account. I contacted them, and they told me that applications need to be approved by their underwriters. Ok, but that wasn’t the end of the story. About two weeks later, I checked my account again and found out that I owed more money. I asked them why, and they said: "After going through the underwriting process, they came back and said that the 6-month rate is $244.08. The $57.84 that is due is the difference between those numbers. Unfortunately, I can’t determine what exactly changed in the system to cause that rate increase, and the underwriting team is a separate entity from our office." This is the worst service I have ever experienced. They clearly do not care about their customers."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this State Farm agency. Important information was not fully disclosed to me when setting up my policy, and because of this lack of transparency, my insurance has now been canceled. To make matters worse, this cancellation is preventing me from securing new coverage elsewhere. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind, but instead, I feel misled and left without protection. Customers deserve honesty, clarity, and proper guidance—none of which I received here. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable insurance."
