ROLE DESCRIPTIONJosh Salmans State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Within the Insurance Account Position, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, through value-based conversations, you will identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing goals for our agency.   • Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Use a customer-focused and needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • If you are not currently licensed, you will be required to get licensed.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
